COVID-19: Important Message

Our hearts go out to all those affected by the current COVID-19 pandemic.  We hope all of you are staying safe and healthy during this difficult time.  The world is changing fast and we take that change very seriously.  As things develop quickly, we will do our best to keep our community updated with the most clear and current information available. 

This pandemic has affected our business operations earlier than most, while all of our products are shipped from the United States, some of our manufactures, vendors, and supplier's are located all around the world.  Please be aware this has disrupted our normal flow of fulfillment and delayed our shipping times due to product(s) and good(s) arrival delays to our fulfillment center.  We have our customer care team working diligently to stay in constant contact with updates on current shipping times to all of our customers.  

As for the operations of the team behind Harper + Henry, rest assured that everyone is taking the proper precautions as mandated by our local government. All of our products are shipped from within the United States and we take great pride in the correct sterile handling and care needed during these cautious times. 

During this period we have had an increased volume of customer care inquires, but we can assure you that we are still providing a clear and direct level of communication, as well a high standard in the quality of service to all of our customers.  

We are very grateful for the opportunity during these difficult times to earn your business and greatly appreciate your understanding and patience.  Please stay safe, stay healthy, and enjoy all the moments with your precious little ones at home while we are abiding by helping the cause of social distancing during this difficult time.
